VHS Fletchers will provide the highest standard of service regardless of whether a matter is funded by Legal Aid or privately.

We have a contract with the Legal Services Commission to provide publicly funded Criminal Defence and Prison Law services as part of the Criminal Defence Service aswell as Family Law.

In every case we will discuss the funding with you at the outset and wherever possible we will obtain Legal Aid to cover our fees. If Legal Aid is not available, we will provide you with clear information as to our charges. We will give an estimate as to our likely costs and will keep you updated throughout the case.

Our private rates are always very competitive.

Legal Advice is free to everyone who is to be interviewed by the police as part of an investigation (although geographical restrictions may apply).
